About the Role:

This full-time role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work across residential and commercial air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Installation, service, and repair of ducted, multi-split, wall split, cassette, and evaporative air-conditioning systems.

Diagnostics and repairs across a wide range of A/C unit brands, cool rooms, freezer rooms, glycol systems, and display fridges/freezers.

Ongoing training and support in areas you may be less familiar with—we’ve got your back!

What We Offer:

38-hour working week.

Option for a 45-hour week if you’re chasing more hours.

No on-call roster – your weekends are yours to enjoy.

What You’ll Need:

Valid C Class Manual Driver’s Licence

Cert III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning

Restricted Electrical Licence

Construction White Card

Current ARCTICK Licence

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work independently and use initiative

Experience with ServiceM8 (advantageous, but not essential)

Working at Heights and EWP Ticket (preferred but not essential)
