Remuneration: $42.50/hr - $54.62/hr + 12% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances

Your part in The Wesley Hospital team

The Wesley Hospital offers procedural services across 19 Theatres, is an Australian leader in robotic surgery, and we are proud to be accredited as Australia’s first Centre of Excellence in Robotic Surgery (COERS) including Bariatric, Orthopaedic and Cardiac surgeries.

As part of our Theatre team, you will be accountable for the provision of safe and holistic care to individuals undergoing a range of procedures, applying best clinical practice and ensuring a safe environment for optimal patient outcomes.

You’ll deliver exceptional person-centred care by working collaboratively with your multidisciplinary Theatre team, applying exceptional communication and team work skills.

What makes a difference for us?

Minimum of 12 months’ experience as a Scrub Scout

Australian Working Rights (We are unable to offer Sponsorships at this time)

Availability to work guaranteed hours between 5pm and 11pm, Mon - Fri

Experience in any of the following specialties desirable: Cardiac, Orthopaedics and Neurology.

Bachelor of nursing degree or equivalent and AHPRA registration

Commitment to patient safety and quality improvements

Desire for ongoing professional development
