MRRAC is on the lookout for an exceptional technician to lead the charge on high-end residential and commercial air conditioning & refrigeration installs across South West WA. We’re not looking for just another tradie—we’re after a leader with pride in their work, who thrives on quality, and wants to build something bigger than a 9-5 job.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading new project installs in residential and commercial air conditioning

Commercial refrigeration installs (predominantly cold rooms & freezer systems)

Occasional service and maintenance work across our existing client base

Liaising with builders, project managers, and clients to deliver work that impresses

Mentoring apprentices and junior techs to uphold our high standards

✅ You’ll Succeed Here If You:

Are a fully qualified HVAC-R technician with residential & commercial experience

Take real pride in neat installs and attention to detail

Know how to manage jobs without being micro-managed

Have solid communication skills—both with the team and clients

Want to grow into a long-term leadership or project management role
