Hills Street Sports Medicine is a long-established and highly regarded clinic located in the heart of Gosford, proudly serving the Central Coast community for more than 40 years. Our reputation is built on providing evidence-based, patient-centred care and working together as a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for our patients.

Our team includes Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, a Dietitian, Psychologists, and Orthopaedic Specialists who consult on-site. Together, we manage a wide range of conditions, from acute sporting injuries to complex rehabilitation programs.

We offer modern facilities including treatment rooms and a fully equipped functional rehabilitation gym with strength assessment technology and conditioning equipment. This allows us to deliver advanced rehabilitation, objective testing, and structured return-to-sport and return-to-work programs.

About the role

We are seeking a motivated full-time Physiotherapist with 2+ years’ experience to join our expanding team. You will step into a stimulating caseload, working with a wide variety of patients including:

Athletes and weekend warriors

Post-operative rehabilitation (upper and lower limb)

Workers’ Compensation, CTP and occupational injuries

NDIS and DVA patients

Acute and chronic musculoskeletal presentations

You’ll enjoy strong support from senior clinicians, surgeons, and our allied health team, while also contributing your own expertise to case discussions and collaborative care planning.

Key responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.

Deliver hands-on therapy, exercise prescription, load management, and education.

Guide patients through structured rehab programs using our gym and testing equipment.

Liaise closely with Orthopaedic Specialists and the MDT to coordinate care.

Participate in weekly CPD sessions and multidisciplinary case conferences.

Maintain accurate clinical notes and contribute to ongoing service improvement.

About you

Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.

2+ years’ experience in private practice, sports or MSK settings.

Strong clinical reasoning, manual therapy, and exercise-based rehab skills.

Confidence managing post-operative patients and complex MSK conditions.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

APA membership and additional MSK/sports coursework (desirable).

Passion for evidence-based practice and professional development.
