Manufacturing Operators - Day Shifts

We are currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals with pharmaceutical manufacturing experience to join our team across various areas of manufacturing, packing, warehousing, and quality control. If you're looking for a hands-on role in a clean, safety-first environment with full training provided, we want to hear from you.

Shifts Available:

• Day Shift - 7.00am to 3:30pm

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operate manufacturing and packing equipment efficiently and safely
• Dispense raw materials and follow set recipes and SOPs to produce high-quality products
• Use systems such as HMIs, 3WS, and Bulk Dispensing systems
• Perform equipment cleaning, sanitisation, and routine checks
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Adhere to GMP, safety, and quality standards
• Work across different departments as required (Manufacturing, Packing Hall, Warehouse)
• Participate in continuous improvement and 5S housekeeping activities

What We're Looking For:

• Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is essential
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Physically fit and able to work on your feet
• Commitment to safety, quality, and team collaboration
• Willingness to undergo training and follow company policies and procedures
