They are seeking a hands-on, commercially sharp finance professional to drive financial strategy and business operations while also overseeing business services including Legal, HR admin, Corporate Affairs, and Company Secretarial duties. You will be a trusted partner to the CEO, Board, and Executive team — and a critical voice in shaping the future of the business.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Lead finance strategy, planning, forecasting, compliance, and reporting

Deliver insights through real-time data and productivity metrics using tools like Autotask BI

Oversee investor relations, ASX compliance, and governance reporting

Guide M&A activity including due diligence, financial modeling, and integration

Roll up your sleeves – this is a hands-on leadership role with a tight, capable team

Build team culture, capability, and performance across Finance, Billing, and Business Services
