What You'll Do

In this hands-on role, you’ll support a range of civil construction activities including:

Installing and connecting stormwater, sewer, drainage, and water main systems

Assisting tradespeople across multiple work scopes

General labouring duties – site preparation, concreting, maintenance

Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient worksite

What We're Looking For

Previous labouring or construction experience

Strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine desire to learn

Ability to work well in a team and follow direction

Commitment to safety and quality standards

White Card (Construction Induction) – essential

Extra tickets like roller, excavator, or confined space are a bonus
