We’re looking for a legal professional who’s seeking a long-term future with a progressive and culture-driven firm. You'll be working with a variety of business clients across different industries, providing practical and strategic legal advice.

More About The Role

Assisting in business structuring, contracts, and compliance

Providing strategic legal advice to small business owners

Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and business transactions

Supporting client consultations and advisory sessions

Collaborating with the wider New Wave team to provide holistic business solutions

Skills & Experience

Minimum of 1 years PAE experience in a commercial law or business law firm

Estate planning knowledge is a bonus

Strong knowledge of corporate structures, contracts, and business law

Ability to simplify complex legal concepts for business owners

Experience in business structuring, asset protection, and risk management

Client-focused mindset with strong communication skills

Ability to manage your own workflow efficiently
