About the role

Youngman & Co is seeking a highl skilled and experienced Kitchen Installer with experience in kitchen facelifts to join our team. As a Full-time Kitchen Installer, you will be responsible for the efficient and professional installation of high-quality kitchens in residential properties across Perth and surrounding areas.

What you'll be doing

Carefully measuring, cutting, and installing kitchen cabinets, benchtops, and associated hardware

Ensuring all kitchen installations meet the required safety and quality standards.

Providing exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients throughout the installation process

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols

Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of our installation processes

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Kitchen Installer with a minimum of 5 years solid experience in the industry either in Australia or the uk

Strong technical skills in cabinet making, benchtop installation, and associated kitchen hardware must be able to do mason mitres.

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to navigate complex installation challenges

Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and the design team

Excellent time management and organisational skills to ensure efficient and timely installations

A valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation

Must have own tools including Track saw Table saw and mitre saw router
