The Role :

We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Creative Barber and Colour Specialist who thrives in an inclusive, artistic environment. This role is perfect for someone who loves pushing the boundaries of traditional barbering with vibrant, custom colour work and precision cutting. You’ll work with a fun team and a diverse clientele, creating everything from sharp fades and textures cuts to vivid, high impact colour transformations.

Responsibilities:

Provide high quality barbering services, including fades and scissor cuts l.

Perform creative and technical colour services from vivid fashion shades to balayage, bleach work and custom colour blends.

Consult with clients to bring their vision to life, ensuring an inclusive and affirming experience for all genders and identities.

Stay up to date with the latest trends in alternative hair cuts, barbering techniques and colour applications.

Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming work space.

Use and recommend high quality hair products tailored to the clients needs.

Contribute to a team environment that supports creativity, personal expression and friendliness.

We’re Looking For:

A qualified barber with strong colour skills or a qualified colourist/hairdresser who is confident in barbering techniques and shorter hair cuts.

Must be confident working with all hair types, textures and lengths.

A friendly, non-judgemental attitude and a commitment to making every client feel seen and valued attitude

An ability to work in a fun, fast packed creative environment.

Have an interest in ongoing learning and growth in both hairdressing and barbering.
