Ibis Care Mortdale - Ferndale Gardens is seeking a dedicated Senior Registered Nurse for Part Time employment - 75 hours per fortnight. If you are a proactive RN with a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care, we would love to hear from you!

IBIS Care Mortdale - Ferndale Gardens provides a caring, warm and engaging environment. We recognise that each resident is a unique individual, and we ensure our service is tailored to meet their individual needs. We are a 136 -bed facility.

To be a successful candidate, you will possess appropriate qualifications and experience, have sound clinical knowledge, be a good communicator and have previous experience in the aged care sector. Your dedication and commitment to full resident care will be highly regarded.

Essential Requirements:

AHPRA Registration with no restrictions

Minimum 5 Year experience in Aged Care or Health Care Settings as a Registered Nurse

Minimum 2-year experience of coaching & mentoring other staff

Current Police Check Record

Right to work in Australia without restriction

Available to work Morning Shifts

Other Requirements:

Knowledge of and commitment to Aged Care Quality Standards, Quality Improvement, WH&S and Infection Control practices and principles

Demonstrated people management/leadership skills

IPC lead certificate

Demonstrated ability to achieve goals within set time frames

Capacity to have initiative and be innovative

Computer literacy and High level of written and verbal skills

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
