In support of this growth, TIAD Enterprises are currently seeking Experienced Rock Breaker Operators to join the highly valued team in the Pilbara.

Pay Rate & Roster for all Roles:

Paid Fortnightly

Fixed Term Contract or Full Time

8:6 DS and 7:7 NS Roster

Pay Rate: $60 dayshift & $65 nightshift

Work Scope:

Location as directed by operational plans and may include the ROM & Pit stockpiles, nominated pit locations, PC bin pocket. When not engaged in rock breaking, operators will support daily mining operations through Mine 9 duties. These include coordinating with stockpiles, managing lighting plants, assisting with blast activities, maintaining pit standards, and facilitating operator transitions during shift changes and breaks, contributing to the optimisation of the production cycle within the Autonomous Operations.

Qualifications & Experience

2 years FIFO experience

Current & Valid Australian Drivers Licence

Police Clearance Valid Within 3 months

Industry experience and background (Essential)

Rio inducted preferred

Nationally accredited operator tickets

Ability to pass pre-employment medical

A drive for continuous improvement

Team orientated

Strong approach to SAFETY
