S26 Electrical Supervisor (BHP, Rio Tinto or FMG)

2:1 roster

• 6-12 month projects available
• Immediate Starts Available

$110-$115 per hour depending on which project you accept

You will be supervising a current team of electricians and will be responsible for the following scopes of work.

• Various brownfields installation project work
• New cable, cable ladder and steel conduit installations
• Disconnection of redundant equipment and replaced with new
• Motors, terminal boxes, VVVF’s, Termination of both new and existing cables, Underground cable installation
• New switchboard installations, Temporary power to site facilities, Ball, knife gate, pressure control and flow control valves, disconnect/reconnect, stroking, position limit setting and fault finding
• Temperature measurement instrumentation disconnect/reconnect, hotbox testing and fault finding
• Pressure measurement instrumentation, disconnect/reconnect, calibration including completing calibrations sheets, bucket pump and dead weight testing
• Electric motors, disconnect/reconnect, direction testing and fault finding,

Mobilisation Requirements

• Proof of Right to Work in Australia – ie: Current Passport, Australian Citizenship certificate or Birth certificate
• Current/valid Driver’s licence
• OHS Construction Safety Induction Card – ie: White or Blue card
• CPR/LVR – within 12 months
• First Aid – within 3 years
• Current Voc’s
• Electrical Licence/Trade Certificate
• High risk Licence
• Working at Heights
• Any other qualifications/licences you may have
