Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement One Plans for students with disabilities and learning challenges.

Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to a range of learning abilities.

Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and external specialists to create an inclusive learning environment.

Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed.

Communicate effectively with students, families, and caregivers to provide regular updates and support.

Apply positive behaviour management strategies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.

About You:

You hold a recognised teaching qualification

You are registered (or eligible for registration) with the South Australian Teachers Registration Board (TRBSA).

You have teaching experience and are interested in working with students with a range of disabilities, including intellectual, sensory, physical, and social/emotional needs.

Demonstrated ability to maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, students, external service providers, families and additional community agencies.

Plan for improved student engagement and effective learning by using data sources to inform extensive differentiated teaching and learning for each student.
