About the Roles:

We’re looking for Trainee Soil and Concrete Technicians to join our Darwin Laboratory team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll prepare and test soil and concrete samples, use testing equipment, and handle materials that support major construction projects.

You’ll work both on construction sites and in the lab, carrying out routine testing that’s essential to keeping projects safe and up to standard.

What’s in It for You:

• Start time: Generally 7am, 37.5 hr week + overtime
• Pay: Typically around $20 - $27 ph. Base wages plus overtime, with permanent employment and penalty rates.

• Traineeship: Obtain Cert III or Cert IV in Laboratory Techniques with full training and support provided
• Get paid while you train, plus earn around $3,000–$4,200 in additional incentives throughout Traineeship (amounts may vary).
