We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to assist the Senior Coordinator Civil Asset Maintenance and Administration in providing effective and efficient maintenance of civil assets for our city.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise subordinate staff and contractors.

Schedule annual improvement programs and projects.

Provide accurate pre-construction estimates.

Maintain cost control throughout all stages of construction.

Liaise with public authorities and the general public.

Implement and monitor Council's WHS Management System.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

A relevant 4-year degree.

A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.

Experience in the control and supervision of day labour staff and contractors.

Extensive experience/knowledge in the construction, maintenance, and management of civil infrastructure.

Knowledge of applicable legislation and regulations.

Class "C" driver's licence.
