The position

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Tender Specialist to lead tender submissions across key industries including Energy, Transport, OEM, and Oil & Gas.

In this role, you'll manage end-to-end bid preparation - coordinating inputs from commercial, legal, and technical teams to deliver accurate, high-quality submissions on time. You'll play a key part in winning major projects and securing long-term client agreements.

Responsibilities

Prepare and submit EOIs and tenders for major industrial projects

Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to compile strong bids

Work with legal and commercial teams on pricing, terms, and conditions

Ensure smooth handovers to project delivery teams

Track performance metrics like win rates and tender turnaround times

Experience

4+ years of experience in tendering, estimating, or proposals (ideally in industrial or energy sectors)

Strong attention to detail and excellent time management

Confident with pricing, documentation, and commercial terms

Skilled communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
