What you will be doing

Greet and assist customers at the gatehouse window

Operate weighbridge software (e.g. Mandalay) to record transactions

Handle cash and receipts; reconcile daily revenue

Communicate with site staff via two-way radio

Monitor incoming loads to ensure waste meets acceptance criteria

Perform data entry, invoice reconciliation, and general gatehouse administration

What you will need

Current “C” Class Driver’s Licence

Weighbridge or waste industry experience (highly desirable)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Sound computer and data entry skills
