- Gas Fitter’s Licence
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Ability to work independently and think on your feet
- Strong problem-solving skills

- White Card (construction induction safety certificate)
- Experience in insurance work, leak detection, or tube outs
- Background in maintenance or commercial plumbing
