ATSILS have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the People and Organisational Development (POD) team. The POD team consists of a fun and committed team of professionals within HR, WHS, Learning & Development, Mental Health Workplace Training and Leadership coaching streams that offer high level support to our dedicated staff across the State.

About you

You will have:
- A minimum two years’ experience in a professional services environment and/or a Diploma or Certificate IV in an HR-relevant qualification such as Administration, Human Resources; (OR equivalent two years’ full-time work experience in a similar role using Microsoft Office and Information System technology for Recruitment) is required.
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles and ensure talent needs across the business are adequately forecast, and provide recruitment related data
- High-level demonstrated experience using contemporary and participatory engagement and consultation processes to engage and build positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- High-level recruitment partnering skills with the ability to coordinate competing priorities and stakeholders needs, coupled with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and written communication skills with a high-level of attention to detail
- Strong administration and ICT experience using Microsoft 365 products
- A strong understanding and commitment to the work of ATSILS and our commitment to social justice.
