About you

You will have:

• A minimum two years’ experience in a professional services environment and/or a Diploma or Certificate IV in an HR-relevant qualification such as Administration, Human Resources; (OR equivalent two years’ full-time work experience in a similar role using Microsoft Office and Information System technology for Recruitment) is required.
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles and ensure talent needs across the business are adequately forecast, and provide recruitment related data
• High-level demonstrated experience using contemporary and participatory engagement and consultation processes to engage and build positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
• High-level recruitment partnering skills with the ability to coordinate competing priorities and stakeholders needs, coupled with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and written communication skills with a high-level of attention to detail
• Strong administration and ICT experience using Microsoft 365 products
• A strong understanding and commitment to the work of ATSILS and our commitment to social justice.
