About the role

Refresh Physiotherapy is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our growing private practice in the beautiful Margaret River region of Western Australia. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work within a dedicated and supportive team, providing exceptional physiotherapy care to our diverse client base. Refresh Physiotherapy also supports our physiotherapists with a comprehensive mentoring and professional development program to help you grow as a professional.

What you'll be doing

Thoroughly assessing patients' with hour long appointments to develop and implement personalised treatment plans to aid recovery and improve overall health and wellbeing

Treating patients with a high level of patient-centred care

Collaborating with other physiotherapists and healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated, multidisciplinary approach to patient care

Developing yourself as a physiotherapist and team member through structured mentroing and professional-development programs

Actively participating in the continued growth and development of the practice

What we're looking for

Physiotherapy degree and current AHPRA registration

Any level of experience including new-graduates

Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and hands-on treatment skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a patient-centred approach

Commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to continually improve clinical practice

A passion for promoting health, wellbeing, and an active lifestyle
