We are seeking casual Farm Hands to help manage one of four modern Chicken Farms in Elbow Valley (Warwick, Queensland).

We do have short term accommodation on-site for singles in a Donga style arrangement (own room with bathroom) at $70.00 p/w until you find something more suitable.

The Role

Assist with feeding and watering livestock

Perform cleaning tasks, shed maintenance and waste disposal

Support bird delivery, pick up and clean out processes.

Monitor livestock welfare and report.

Follow strict biosecurity procedures

Be available to work every second weekend

What We’re Looking For

· Experience in a poultry farm would be beneficial.

· Basic understanding of animal handling and farm operations

· Willingness to work flexible hours including every second weekend

· Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on farm work

· Experience with farm machinery operations is beneficial

· A passion for sustainable agriculture and innovation.

· Ability to follow RSPCA and WHS protocols

· Professional, dependable and a team player
