We’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join a large-scale digital transformation program with a major enterprise client. This is a hands-on role within a collaborative Agile team, shaping requirements across web, mobile, and data-driven platforms.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading requirements gathering and analysis across digital initiatives.
• Refining and prioritising work for development teams and stakeholders.
• Driving clarity on sprint goals and supporting Agile ceremonies.
• Collaborating with developers, testers, and product leaders to keep delivery on track.
• Ensuring requirements are translated into well-documented, testable solutions.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role – Product Owner, Scrum Master, Product Manager, Tech Lead).
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience with solid Jira skills.
• Background working on digital solutions – web apps, mobile, or data platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with BPMN, Gherkin/BDD, or similar a big plus.
