Your Role

Hosts: Be the first face our guests see, setting the tone with confidence, warmth and attention to detail

Bar Team: Mix, pour, and craft drinks that bring our coastal Mediterranean vibe to life

Floor Team: Deliver seamless, polished service and create moments that guests remember long after they leave

Baristas: Pour coffee with speed, care and consistency while bringing warmth and energy to every interaction

You will also play an important part in developing and training future hospitality talent, sharing knowledge, and lifting those around you to achieve their best.
