Who We’re Looking For

This role will suit an Occupational Therapist who:

enjoys using movement in therapy (we are co-located with Delta Gymnastics and have access to unique therapy opportunities),

seeks to understand the underlying causes of a child’s symptoms and behaviours through quality assessment and a mindset of curious compassion, and

considers themselves a lifelong learner.

Our Story

Founded in 2022, Progress Pathways has always had two goals:

Our North Lakes venue opened in January 2025, launched by two existing team members dedicated to offering exceptional care to northern Brisbane families. These valued team members are excited to grow their team!

About the Role

We’re looking for 1-2 Paediatric OTs to join our North Lakes team, supporting children 12 years and under.

Your work will include:

understanding each family’s needs,

completing comprehensive assessments,

creating and delivering tailored therapy plans, and

building strong, trusting relationships with families.

You’ll have the autonomy to design your caseload and schedule, backed by unlimited CPD and future career opportunities as we continue to grow.

What We’re Looking For

Registration – Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist, with eligibility to work in Queensland.

Communication & Collaboration – Proven ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Commitment to Growth – Evidence of ongoing personal and professional development.

Diversity & Inclusion – Experience working effectively with diverse clients and team members.

Additional requirements:

Graduates – a genuine desire to build your career supporting children in a private practice setting (paediatric placements advantageous).

Current OTs – minimum 2 years of paediatric experience. Experience supporting NDIS participants, including report writing, is highly valued.
