The Offer

• Competitive Hourly Rate from $35 per hour (based on experience), including superannuation and incentive-based commissions.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a unique individual who:

• Has a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Dermal Technician.

• Holds a QLD Radiation Laser License—Pico laser expertise is an advantage.

• Possesses excellent communication skills and a genuine love for the industry.

• Is lively and positive, making clients feel at ease from the moment they walk in.

• Is confident and well-informed, passionate about staying at the forefront of industry trends.

• Truly cares about helping clients feel confident and comfortable, addressing all their concerns.

• Has the ability to handle reception duties and social media.

• Values integrity and trust, committed to being an integral part of our business long-term.

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficiency and excellence in clinic operations.

• Demonstrates interpersonal and positive communication skills that inspire and motivate team members.
