We’re currently partnering with a well-established and growing civil contractor seeking a Project Manager to join their Brisbane team. With projects ranging across SEQ, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Project Engineer ready to step up or an experienced Project Manager looking for long-term stability.

The Role

• Lead delivery of civil infrastructure projects up to $30M.
• Manage and mentor site teams to ensure project success.
• Oversee programming, financials, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Local Projects & Home Each Night

About You

• Background in civil construction (roads, subdivisions, earthworks, infrastructure).
• Experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer delivering mid-sized projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commercially astute with contract admin and cost control knowledge.
• Committed to safety, quality, and team culture.
