🌱 What You’ll Do

Deliver in-person training and coaching to cleaning teams in hospitals and aged care homes.

Introduce and support easy-to-use digital tools that boost cleaning performance and confidence.

Lead audits and retraining using real-time app-based systems.

Help sites roll out our cleaning framework – from initial setup to long-term success.

Collaborate with our national team to ensure quality, compliance, and innovation.

📍 Where You’ll Work

Based in Sydney with regular interstate and metro travel (2 weeks a month).

Domestic travel to WA, SA & QLD.

You’ll be on-site regularly — collaborating with teams, seeing real results.

🧩 What We’re Looking For

Experience in healthcare, aged care, infection control, cleaning services, or frontline training.

Strong communicator who enjoys empowering people and improving systems.

Confident with technology (apps, tablets, or training tools).

Highly organised, proactive, and ready to roll up your sleeves.
