They are a market leader in quality high-end project homes and they also have a light commercial side where they deliver townhouse/terrace projects. This builder has been successfully operating for over 20 years. THE ROLE

They are looking for someone that takes pride in their work and will put in the time needed to maintain high quality as a maintenance & warranty supervisor.

DUTIES

• Assist maintenance team and supervisors with final inspections as required
• Coordinate trades people to complete all required works on time and to a set level of quality
• Maintain and stick to set standard and codes and to be familiar with the BCA and these relevant standards
• Perform organise and plan all maintenance work and follow up accordingly
• Allocate resources to ensure that all maintenance work is completed on time
• Report directly into the director

ABOUT YOU

• Trade background
• Project home software experience is ideal - but must be good with computers
• Understanding of NCC, local building codes, tolerances and standards
• Valid license and willingness to drive around the Sunshine Coast for site visits and to speak to clients
