Preparing and packing orders for Dispatch

Assisting with Stock Control

Assisting with control of stock movement

Loading and unloading of trucks and utes

Current Forklift licence (High Risk Licence)

Demonstrated reliability, organisation skills and high level of cleanliness

Excellent communication skills

The ability to work unsupervised

Current WA “C” Class Drivers Licence

Have a great attitude and work well in a team environment

Previous experience in despatch, logistics and material handling (desirable)

Processing and accurate put-away of stock received

Preservation, wrapping and storage of components

Loading and unloading of vehicles

Daily e-mail correspondence

Housekeeping to a high standard

Processing transport documentation

General warehouse duties

Oversight of warehouse and all aspects of the warehouse operations

Ensure stock from local suppliers are enacted efficiently

Ensure general warehouse maintenance

Ensure building is clean, safe and well presented at all times

Move waste and recycling from work area to rubbish bins & commercial disposal sites

General equipment diagnosis and repair

General office and administrative responsibilities as they relate to warehouse operations

Monitoring work performed by outside contractors

Strong OH&S accountability

Medium to Advanced MS Office Skills (Excel, Word and MYOB)

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to multitask and adapt to change quickly

Proven planning, problem solving and analytical skills

Ability to work through issues with moderate complexity

Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Must be flexible with working hours

A commitment to learning and developing existing skills
