• Pay: $37.51/hour + Super

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-performing shared services environment, delivering critical payroll functions for a large and diverse workforce.

About the Role As a Payroll Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values precision, customer service, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process pay files and support pay-related activities.
• Perform fortnightly master data entry, timesheet coding, increments, and leave applications.
• Resolve complex payroll queries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email.
• Work independently and within a team to meet deadlines and solve problems.
• Contribute to team targets and shared goals.

About You We’re looking for candidates who bring a strong attention to detail, resilience in fast-paced environments, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Essential Requirements:

• Current National Police Clearance (mandatory)
• Experience in payroll (Chris21 highly desirable)
• Background in customer service, ideally in a call centre environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel – Intermediate level)
• Data entry skills (minimum 40wpm)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proven reliability, punctuality, and ability to meet strict deadlines

Casual Loading
