About the Role

• Welcome and assist visitors by greeting them warmly, managing sign-ins, offering refreshments, and creating a positive first impression of the business.
• Manage reception communications, including answering incoming phone calls, responding to emails, and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Provide administrative support such as basic invoicing, handling shared inbox duties, preparing documents, and assisting the wider team with ad hoc tasks.
• Maintain office presentation by keeping the reception and common areas tidy, ordering and managing office supplies, and ensuring a professional, welcoming environment.
• Support event coordination by assisting with internal and external company events, preparing invitations, researching venues, and helping with set-up and logistics.
