Our award-winning restaurant is more than just golf club food. With a skilled kitchen team, we deliver outstanding dishes for lunch, dinner, weddings, functions, and events. We are now looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to seasonal menu planning and special events

Prepare and present high-quality dishes with consistency

Maintain hygiene and food safety standards

Support the Head Chef and train junior staff

Assist with stock, budgeting, and equipment care

Be available for day and evening shifts, Monday–Sunday

About You

Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery

3+ years’ chef experience

Calm, reliable, and efficient under pressure

Team-focused with excellent communication skills

Flexible for nights, weekends, and public holidays

Large-scale catering (150–250 people) highly regarded
