We specialise in producing high-quality cosmetic and personal care products and are currently expanding with brand-new production lines. As we grow, we’re looking for dedicated Production Operators to join our team and help us deliver innovative products to market.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment where precision and teamwork are essential. We have high-priority openings for experienced Machine Operators and candidates with compounding experience.

Key areas include:

Sachet machines

Filling lines

Capping Machines

Labelling Machines

Batch code checks

Compounding support

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor automated production equipment

Conduct batch code and quality checks to maintain compliance and product consistency

Support compounding processes as required

Pack and label products to specification

Maintain a clean, GMP-compliant work environment

Work efficiently to meet production schedules and deadlines

What We’re Looking For

Prior experience in machine operation and/or compounding (cosmetics, food, or pharmaceuticals highly regarded)

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions

Reliability, teamwork, and commitment to high-quality standards

Good physical fitness for repetitive tasks and manual handling

Flexibility to work various shifts if required
