Home Care Worker – Aged Care (Casual, Flexible Shifts)

About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Home Care Workers to join our team and support older Australians living at home. Shifts will range from 2 to 4 hours per day, with opportunities available in Moorabbin, Cheltenham, Taylors Lakes, Sunshine, and South Yarra.

Key Responsibilities

Providing personal care, companionship, and support with daily living

Assisting with meal preparation, light household tasks, and shopping

Supporting clients with mobility and transport as required

Encouraging independence, dignity, and wellbeing for our clients

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in aged care, disability, or community support (preferred)

Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Disability) or working towards (desirable)

Reliable, caring, and respectful attitude

Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)

Valid police check, NDIS Worker Screening, or willingness to obtain
