We’re looking for enthusiastic Bar & Gaming Attendants to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work across the bar, gaming floor, and TAB/Keno area, serving guests with a smile and keeping things running smoothly.

You’ll be responsible for:

Bar service (beer, wine, spirits, cocktails)

Assisting customers on the gaming floor (pokies, payouts, troubleshooting)

Operating TAB and Keno terminals

Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions

Keeping service areas clean, stocked, and compliant

Providing friendly, efficient customer service at all time

Skills & Requirements

Essential:

Current RSA & RSG certificates (Queensland)

Strong customer service experience

Availability for nights, weekends, and public holidays

Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Desirable:

Previous bar or gaming experience (1yr+ preferred)

Experience with TAB, Keno, and gaming machines

Barista experience or certification
