Working for a high-profile and well-respected organisation in their high-volume contact centre environment, you will support customers with responses to their enquiries, issues, requests and applications via phone, face-to-face and electronic contacts.
The role is based on the North-side of Brisbane with easy access to public transport and offers an attractive base salary plus superannuation and an exciting range of benefits.
What you will do:
- Accurately respond to customer requests in a timely and client-centric manner in a high-volume environment
- Follow processes and guidelines to best support the customer, including updating work request systems and managing financial transactions.
- Maintain compliance with all internal procedures while ensuring service standards are achieved and performance outcomes are achieved.
- Participate as an active member of a supportive team to deliver services and identify opportunities for improvement where applicable.
- Take accountability for your performance and with the support of a dedicated leadership team continually develop your skills and knowledge.
About you

- You bring well-developed time management skills and the ability to adapt to change, managing conflicting priorities and deadlines with ease, while maintaining a strong focus on working as part of a team and the broader organisation.
- You have experience working with complex information, solving problems and resolving conflict, and previous experience in a multi-channel customer contact role is desirable but not essential.
