About the role: As a part of our team, you’ll support the client of our various corporate partners to purchase life insurance. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from industry leaders and contribute to the growth and development of the dynamic and empowering space of general advice. In this role you’ll also:
Receive a steady flow of warm leads as provided by our corporate partners
Educate and assist your clients to buy
Track, manage and convert your clients with ease through a custom-built CRM solution
Develop, implement and optimise frameworks and strategies to ensure optimal performance
Manage pipeline and lead flows successfully, ensuring the client is supported throughout the journey
Work in a dynamic and supportive team in an environment that is conducive to ideas and inclusivity
Who we’re looking for:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, with life insurance – General Advice advantageous
Preferred RG146 qualification
Superior knowledge of products including income protection, life, critical illness and TPD
A focus on the customer at the center of everything you do, including retention
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to handle complex client enquiries, think critically, and navigate challenging situations
Professional business acumen and excellent verbal and written communication
Confidence to work individually with initiative while being equally comfortable working within a team environment
Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Australia
