Your Responsibilities As an Underground Shift Boss, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of service crew operators, ensuring safe and efficient operations. Duties include:

• Supervising daily service crew activities, including utilities (air, water, ventilation, pump lines, electrical).
• Coordinating underground support work and ensuring standards are met.
• Leading toolbox meetings, managing safety protocols, and ensuring compliance.
• Driving productivity and maintaining strong communication with the site leadership team.
• Mentoring and developing crew members to progress in their underground mining careers.

About You We're looking for a motivated leader with:

• Previous experience as a Service Crew Operator (or higher) in an underground hard rock mine.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience (Shift Boss Certificate of Competency highly regarded).
• Strong safety focus and ability to lead by example.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• A valid WA manual driver's license (unrestricted).
