BPC Projects is expanding! We specialise in Commercial Plumbing, Civil Works, and Government Water Infrastructure projects across Melbourne and we’re looking for experienced, driven, and reliable people to join our crew.

Commercial Building :– Structural steel, factories, bridge repairs, and architectural landscaping

Plumbing & Water Infrastructure: Pump stations, air valves, water mains, drainage, culverts, fire services, and after-hours callouts

Civil Construction – Demolition, drainage works, road reinstatement, and on-concrete construction with site concrete supply via our Smartmix™ mobile concrete plant

Specialised Plant & Equipment – Excavators, augers, crane trucks, mobile workshops, and volumetric concrete mixers

We coordinate projects in-house from start to finish, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality—backed by a 7-year workmanship guarantee.

Available Positions

Plumber - Qualified, with commercial water infrastructure experience

(Preferred but not essential: Project Management experience – ideal for those looking to step up into a leadership role)

We’re Looking For People Who:

Have commercial plumbing or civil construction experience

Can read and interpret plans

Are hands-on, reliable, and a team player

Hold a current driver’s licence and have reliable transport

Have a White Card

Are self-motivated with a can-do attitude

Possess effective time-management skills and the ability to problem-solve

Can work unsupervised with strong attention to detail

Provide a resume with references

(Preferred but not essential) – Project management experience

(Truck licence and additional tickets are a bonus)
