Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.

Assist with product recommendations and promotions.

Book in home measures for our sales team to attend.

Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle transactions accurately.

Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring merchandise is well-presented.

Answer customer inquiries, both in-person and via digital communication platforms.

Support store operations with basic computer tasks.

Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals.

Requirements:

Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.

Tech-savvy and comfortable using computer systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.

Availability including Saturday 9am to 1pm.
