Civil Labourer – Guardrail

We’re a high quality Guardrail business that prides ourselves on a very strong team culture.

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Civil Labourer to join our team.

This is a long-term role with a view to develop you into a Crew Leader position.

The role:

Install and repair guardrail and safety barriers

Work mainly across South East QLD, with occasional projects outside the region

Operate hand tools, power tools & machinery (training provided)

Be part of a supportive team that values high quality workmanship

What we’re looking for:

Team player with a strong work ethic, reliability & positive attitude

Willing to learn new skills

Physically fit and able to perform manual labour

Current driver’s licence and reliable transport (truck licence a bonus, not essential)

White Card preferred (or willing to obtain)

No experience required – we’ll provide full training!
