Join Our Team as a Shuttle Driver – Delivering Safe and Reliable Transport for UNE Students

UNE Life is seeking a friendly, professional Shuttle Driver/s to join our Safety, Security & Information team, focused on delivering safe, reliable, and welcoming transport for students between campus and local destinations, while ensuring an excellent customer experience

What You’ll Do:

Operate the UNE Life shuttle safely and courteously in compliance with NSW road rules and UNE Life policies.

Provide high-quality customer service to all passengers, treating everyone with respect and professionalism.

Adhere to designated routes and timetables.

Complete daily vehicle pre-start checks, report defects, and maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentation.

Keep accurate trip logs, passenger counts, and other operational records using approved systems.

Work collaboratively with, and take operational guidance from, the Shift Supervisor and Security team.

Respond appropriately to hazards and emergencies, following established safety procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

Current NSW driver licence (LR or above) with a safe driving record.

Excellent customer service skills and a professional, approachable manner.

Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic digital literacy for using dispatch and logging systems.

Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Desirable:

Current Provide First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009.

Class 1A Security Licence and Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain.
