Our client has mining operations located near Coober Pedy is looking for an experienced Auto Electrician with Experience working on Sandvik, Caterpillar, Hitachi and Cummins to work at Peculiar Knob/Buzzard mine.

In this role, the successful candidate will service our client's fleet of heavy mobile mining equipment.

This role may be required to:

Diagnose and repair electrical faults.

A/C servicing and repairs.

Planned Outages and Shutdown work

Field service breakdowns

Regular participation in safety meetings, toolbox talks, JHAs, SWP and risk assessments.

What we are looking for:

Australian Recognised Trade Certificate.

Team player with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Clear written and verbal communication.

Valid current Australian driver’s license.

Takes pride in completing quality work.

OEM experience highly regarded.

Experience working on Sandvik, Caterpillar, Hitachi and Cummins.

Commitment to safety in the workplace.
