JV Hire Group is a small, dynamic business servicing a wide range of equipment including trucks, trailers, buses, and earthmoving machinery across Melbourne. We are currently seeking a Qualified Diesel Mechanic to join our growing team, both in our workshop and for field service.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications:

Certificate III in Heavy Vehicle Mechanics or equivalent (minimum 2 years' experience)

Valid driver’s license

HR/HC license is a bonus

Skills & Requirements:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Basic electrical diagnostic and wiring knowledge

Willingness to learn and step into leadership roles as needed

Enthusiastic and motivated attitude

Accurate and timely completion of job documentation

Basic computer literacy

Commitment to safe, high-quality workmanship

Takes pride in your work and workplace
