The Opportunity

We are currently seeking experienced Production Excavator Operators and All-Rounder Operators to join a leading Tier 1 mining contractor on a long-term iron ore projects in WA. This is your chance to work with a safety-driven team on a well-managed, high-performance site with excellent amenities.

2:1 roster, 12-hour shifts (days & nights)

Available Roles

Production Excavator Operators

Operating large-scale machines including:

Hitachi EX5600, EX3600, EX2600

Liebherr R9250

Komatsu PC1250, PC2000

Load and haul operations across multiple ore and waste pits

Pay rates: $68 - $75/hr + Super (casual, based on experience)

• Permanent position after 3 Months

All-Rounder Operators

Must be experienced on multiple machines:

Dozers: CAT D9, D10, D11

Graders: CAT 14M - 18M

Loaders: CAT 994, 992, 988

Versatile operators who can adapt across production tasks

Pay rates: $65 - $70/hr + Super (casual, based on experience)

• Permanent position after 3 Months

Ancillary Operators - Production

• Digger/Dozer
• Digger: PC1250, PC2000
• Dozer: D9, D10, D11
• Pay Rates: $65 - $70 per hour

• Grader/Loader
• Grader: 14M, 16M
• Loader: CAT 988, 992
• Pay Rates: $65 per hour

Minimum 2 years' production mining experience in the relevant role

Proven experience on listed machines

Valid Australian Driver's Licence

National Police Clearance (within last 6 months)

Full Australian working rights (Birth Certificate or Passport)

Able to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screen

Ready for immediate or short-notice start
