About the Role

We are seeking a patient, reliable, and compassionate Disability Support Worker to support a 22-year-old male participant with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Intellectual Disability. The participant is non-verbal and requires consistent 1:1 support to engage in daily routines and community access.

Who We’re Looking For

Experience supporting people with ASD, Intellectual Disability, and non-verbal communication

Skilled in positive behaviour support and de-escalation strategies

Patient, consistent, and able to work independently

Must have:

NDIS Worker Screening Check

First Aid & CPR

Valid driver’s license
