The Role:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Plumber with a journeyman’s license to join our team. This role requires someone who is confident in their abilities, well-presented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. The successful applicant will be involved in a variety of work including maintenance, plumbing for new homes, and extensions/renovations. You will also be required to attend sites, diagnose issues, provide solutions, and prepare quotes.

This position is not limited to plumbing duties alone. As we undertake a wide range of building work, there will be opportunities to learn and assist with other trades including carpentry, plastering, painting, and tiling. This makes the role ideal for someone looking to broaden their skills and experience in the building industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out plumbing works across maintenance, new homes, renovations, and extensions

Attend client sites, diagnose plumbing issues, and prepare accurate quotes

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems to a high standard

Assist in building works and be open to learning new skills across carpentry, plastering, painting, and tiling

Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional presentation at all times

Work closely with the team to deliver projects on time and to specification

Contribute to the positive culture of a small and hardworking team

Requirements:

Journeyman’s plumbing license (required)

Proven experience in maintenance, domestic plumbing, and new home builds

Background in plumbing sales and quoting work

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Own tools and equipment (essential)

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic

Well-presented and confident in dealing with clients

Willingness to learn and assist in other building trades

Commitment to quality workmanship and safety standards
