About the role

Join a leading mental health services provider, MORATO', as a Psychologist in our Sydney CBD office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological care and support to our diverse client base. What you'll be doing

Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and developing personalised treatment plans for clients

Delivering evidence-based psychological interventions, such as cognitive-behavioural therapy, to help clients achieve their goals

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care

Maintaining accurate and detailed client records in accordance with professional and organisational standards

Participating in continued professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practice.

What we're looking for

A registered Psychologist with a minimum of 2 years' post-registration experience

Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills, with a focus on evidence-based treatments

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds

A demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to client care

Proficiency in the use of electronic client management systems and data reporting
