Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented NSW Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, nurturing key customer relationships, and expanding our footprint within both metro and regional NSW. This role demands excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and an ability to sell across a large and diverse range.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Execution: Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and expand market presence in NSW.

Market Analysis: Conduct in field market research to identify new business opportunities, understand industry trends, and competition and report back

Customer Engagement: Engage with clients through regular visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote StirlingFildes’ solutions.

Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.

Event Participation: Represent StirlingFildes at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote our products and network with potential clients.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, experience in the Pharmacy Industry is highly desirable.

Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and influence credibly and effectively.

Customer Focus: Strong commitment to customer service and relationship building.

Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analysing sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to make informed decisions.

Self-Motivation: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Travel: Willingness to travel within NSW to meet with customers or interstate to attend industry events.
